To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, with packaging still attached and in the same condition that you received it.

Item must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.

NON-returnable items:

Look, it's just me, and I will do my best to ensure the product you lovingly ordered is perfect and without defects, flaws, rips, Cheeto finger prints, etc. However, when it comes to apparel I use a Direct to Garment system and everything is made to your specification.

Therefore we can't accept returns unless otherwise specified in the product description. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your return has been rejected. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Shipping:
Return label charges will be taken out of your refund total.
You will be emailed a prepaid shipping label for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
